This policy explains how GoChatPro handles information when you create an account, build a Website Assistant, or visit a Website using one.

Information we process

GoChatPro processes account and Organization details, Website URLs, pages, files, and Q&A content selected for knowledge, conversations and messages, usage records, subscription/payment records, feedback where enabled, and security and operational logs needed to operate the service.

How we use it

We use this information to provide Website Assistants, secure accounts, answer questions using selected knowledge, administer trials and subscriptions, prevent misuse, and support customers. We do not use Website content to train a public model.

AI processing

To generate an answer, GoChatPro may send a visitor’s question and relevant approved Website context to an AI service provider. Do not add passwords, payment-card information, health information, or other data you are not entitled to share.

Cookies and retention

We use essential session cookies for authenticated access. Retention and deletion requests can be sent through our contact page. We retain data only as needed for service operation, legal obligations, and security.

Security and updates
