These Terms govern use of GoChatPro, including the customer portal, Website Assistant, and related support services.

Using GoChatPro

You must provide accurate account details and have authority to connect Websites and content. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights to the sources you select.

Acceptable use

Do not use GoChatPro to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, harvest personal data, evade security controls, impersonate others, generate or facilitate fraud, or create, request, or distribute sexual content involving minors. Do not attempt to extract system instructions, credentials, or confidential service information.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe use is unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or risks the service or other users.

AI-assisted answers

GoChatPro can produce incomplete or inaccurate answers. They are not legal, medical, financial, or safety advice. Review important responses independently.

Trials and payments

Trials and subscription limits are displayed in your account. Offline payment requests are not payment confirmation; service activation occurs when GoChatPro records a valid payment. Limits may restrict new Websites, knowledge sources, team members, or chats.

Availability and termination

We work to keep the service available and secure. We may suspend misuse or terminate access when necessary to protect the service and its users.
